To prevent the occurrence of asthma attacks in children as well as adults, alvesco is used but the age of children must be above 12 years. Its molecular formula comes as: C32H44O7 and the molecular weight comes as: 540.7 g/mol.
It is available in the form of inhaler having strength of 80 mcg/ actuation and 160 mcg in every actuation. The former strength allows 60 actuations fill per canister and the latter strength also contains the same. 80 mcg strength alvesco is available in brown color plastic actuator having red color dust cap and the 160 mcg is available with red color plastic actuator with the dust cap of red color. Temperature between 15 °C to 30 °C is good for storage of alvesco. To get the best effect of alvesco medication the canister must be stored at room temperature. Avoid puncturing or storing of canister near heat as it may cause bursting.
Since alvesco is inhaled directly into the lungs, it will reduce the inflammations which may give rise to asthma attacks. Note that alvesco is used to prevent occurrence of asthma attack and not in the case when person gets asthma attack. While inhaling alvesco make sure that you take a pause of 1 minute before the two inhalations and after the inhalation the mouth must be rinsed thoroughly.
